Construction of a mixed-use real estate complex organized around a central park and incorporating contemporary amenities: a student residence, a senior living residence, housing, office spaces, and a hotel.

Conceived as a model of urban diversity, the project brings together residential spaces and shared places for everyday life, creating a true ecosystem where living, working, leisure, and relaxation coexist in harmony. The office building is activated through its connection with the adjacent hotel, while the various buildings engage in an aesthetic dialogue through interstitial architectural elements such as a shared podium and deeply sculpted façades.

This interaction between the buildings is expressed through a harmonious palette of materials—concrete brick, glass, and tinted concrete—carefully crafted to embed each structure within a strong urban narrative. The ensemble is both bold and well integrated into its context.

Rooted in its surroundings yet open to the wider world, this project in Asnières aligns with the dynamics of Greater Paris, offering a distinctive identity and innovative design in service of the city and its residents.
