Construction set within the heart of a generous garden, comprising high-end residential housing. Complementing this residential ensemble is an amenity exclusively for residents, dedicated to sport and well-being. Occupants will have access to a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, as well as a fitness room and changing facilities.
The project is organised around a main entrance hall and five stair cores. The majority of the apartments are dual-aspect or benefit from multiple orientations, ensuring abundant natural light and effective natural ventilation.
One of the defining qualities of the development lies in its relationship with the landscape. The residence takes advantage of an already high-quality landscaped context, which the project seeks to enhance and reveal.
The project’s singularity is expressed through its balconies. Undulating and lightweight, they are in perfect harmony with the wooded landscape of the site. These movements allow the depth of the terraces to be adapted to their use, according to views and orientation: more generous in front of living areas, and narrower where they serve bedrooms. The terraces will also incorporate planters planted with trees. As a result, the slabs will bend and be cut away to allow vegetation to pass through them.
