Rehabilitation of the Pasteur Building and rehabilitation and extension of the hematology clinic
Located in close proximity to remarkable and protected heritage sites, the project takes into account the recommendations of the Historic Monuments Authority.
The built scope of the operation comprises, on the one hand, the reuse of the historic Pasteur A–Delbet building and, on the other hand, the construction of a new building, partially on the footprint of the former Pasteur B and Lavoisier buildings, which were demolished as part of the project.
The project also includes the connection of the building to the existing network of underground galleries on the Cochin site via a subterranean corridor.
In 2009–2010, we also carried out the development of the real estate and technical master plan for the Cochin hospital group, encompassing Cochin, Hôtel-Dieu, Broca, La Rochefoucauld, and La Collégiale.
