Restructuring the old commercial port of Tangier, the marina and a housing and business district.
In its new configuration the port of Tangier will occupy 160 hectares, including 75 hectares of basins and 85 hectares of ground areas.
These spaces will recover their direct link with the medina and the city in a contact zone 2,400 m long between the foot of the Casbah and the end of the beach.
