Construction of residential and commercial buildings.

Lot E
Construction of a building comprising 176 social and private housing units and one retail space.
The project is structured into three layers:
the plinth, the intermediate layer, and the upper emergence.
The building acts as an urban seam between the existing and future urban fabric.
The volume steps up from R+3 plus attic to R+5 plus double attic.
In order to better integrate the project into its surroundings, the attic levels are designed as “houses on the roof”, echoing the detached houses located opposite the building.
A vertical opening is created within the built volume, extending the future public park and providing visual continuity towards the heart of the block.

Lot D
Construction of an L-shaped building comprising 176 social and private housing units and two retail spaces.
This building is intended to create a transition between the existing low-rise residential neighbourhood and the new, higher-density district.
The project is conceived as an “urban clasp”, with a progressive stepping of the volumes, rising two storeys at a time.
The project is structured into three layers:
the plinth, the intermediate layer, and the upper layer.
