Construction of an office building. The project is located within a biopark in eastern Lyon.

The podium brings together several shared amenities (gym, showroom, coworking space, fab lab) as well as complementary functions (restaurant, childcare facility).

The building asserts a strong identity, with spaces designed to encourage interaction and exchange.

Its central patio, generously proportioned, accommodates an outdoor amphitheatre extended by a series of staggered terraces connected by footbridges. The façade, articulated by a kinetic rhythm, forms a balanced and coherent envelope, shifting uniformly to support a sculptural approach to the building’s massing. The ground floor provides an aesthetic transition between the ground and the building volume by wrapping the entire built perimeter. It is set back to clearly signal the main entrance lobby.

Level R+4, dedicated to the rooftop, is partially covered by a shading canopy. Level R+6 houses the integrated technical plant. The rooftop is a key element of the programme.

Conceived both as a fifth façade and as a space with flexible uses, it plays an active role in the life of the building and its occupants. A third place for work, a zen and yoga area, and a social gathering space, it is designed to be attractive beyond its immediate context.
