Construction of an office building and a parking structure in Valbonne, within Sophia Antipolis.
The project comprises two rectangular parking volumes over two storeys (G+2), one of which is partially embedded into the ground, supporting a two-storey office block in the form of a parallelepiped.
The two office levels are set back from the surrounding existing buildings and from the central plaza.
Through its massing and the strongly articulated grid of its façades, the project integrates seamlessly into its immediate context.
