Energy renovation of the administrative complex and optimization of building occupancy
The architectural concept is based on reinforcing the historic buildings located along Fleischhauer Street and complementing them with a new construction designed as a system of connectors.
The new structure links the three existing buildings and establishes a central focus within the overall composition, notably through the extension of a building dedicated to the Prefecture’s public reception areas.
A new forecourt organizes and guides the public and users toward the various services of the complex.
The potential of each building is fully optimized, enabling the site to function as a true administrative campus.
