Comprehensive energy refurbishment of the façades, respecting the existing building:
- Refurbishment of the façades and/or existing masonry
- Addition of fixed brise-soleil shading devices
- Installation of photovoltaic panels

Energy performance contract for façade refurbishment and campus enhancement.
To bring the building in line with new standards and better respond to the seasonality of the city of Nice, the envelope of the main building was completely renewed.
Our commission was to improve user comfort and overall energy performance by upgrading the energy production systems serving all campus buildings.
