Construction of an office and activity building located at the heart of the major Halvêque–Beaujoire–Ranzay urban renewal project in Nantes.
This project reflects our commitment to creating sustainable, functional spaces that are fully integrated into their environment. Combining architectural modernity, landscaped areas, and operational efficiency, it plays a key role in revitalizing the district.

Thanks to its strategic position near the ring road, acting as a “gateway” site, the building enhances the entrance to the neighborhood through a monumental angular form.
Its L-shaped layout frees up a large in-ground garden to the southeast. The extensively glazed ground-floor façades reinforce transparency toward the street and the landscaped inner courtyard. Accessible, glazed terraces—particularly on levels R+3/R+4 and R+8—provide convivial outdoor spaces and panoramic views.

The ground-floor parking area has been designed to be reversible and convertible into office space, reflecting a forward-looking approach focused on long-term adaptability.
